Increase Inclusion of CRC Signs and Symptoms During Diagnosis of Younger Adults : By 2030, primary care and other appropriate providers are considering CRC signs and symptoms when performing differential-diagnosis in patients 18–44 that leads to earlier stage of CRC and reduced mortality.
Increase Awareness of Vaccination Benefits Among Cancer Patients and Families : By 2031, increase adherence to preventive vaccination of patients undergoing cancer treatment by 5%.
Reduce Barriers to Treatment for Breast and Cervical Cancer Patients : By 2031, Medicaid eligible breast or cervical cancer patients initiate cancer treatment within 60 days of diagnosis.
